Build for Nomads Isle, Ideas to take advantage of the new hall

I have been thinking about a build for Nomad's Isle. The main characteristics of the guild hall are the quicksand (-1 energy when attacking or using a skill, -15% movement speed), the teleporters and relatively small size.

I am thinking that a pressure build that has energy draining components would work nicely with the quicksand. The build needs to be able to respond to a split (snares are nice as well).

I was thinking about the following:
1) Crippling Slash Warrior
2) Warrior or Dervish
3) Oath Shot Ranger with Tranquility, Nature's Renewal, Primal Echos, Quickening Zephyr + Snaring Traps
4) Burning Arrow Ranger (Poison, Burning, Interupts)
5) Motivation Paragon (support monks with + energy shouts)
6) Energy Drain Mesmer (Anti Caster Illusion & Inspiration, Frustration, Signet of Humility, Interupts)
7) RC Monk
